To ensure permanent control of the quality of the fenestration, a perfect marriage of colour between the solarium structure and the frame of the openings, and the consistency of the colour of the energy efficient glass, we manufacture our doors and windows under the “Luxor Portes et Fenêtres” banner.  This sister company of Solarium Montréal acquired Arcon Canada’s renowned product line.

The patio door is installed to comply with the requirement of an emergency exit, or simply to give access to a terrace and/or the backyard. This door only has two panels (one sliding and one fixed). The patio door, whether standard or customized, is entirely made of alloy 6063-T5 extruded aluminium and has thermal breaks.   The high security Luxor 2025 patio door has a  metal rod locking device, in compliance with the multi-bolt locking system, exclusive to our sister company, Luxor Doors and Windows  (only on doors installed in Four Seasons and Three Seasons Plus solariums; the Three Seasons solarium door comes with standard hardware).  The knob has an outdoor key lock and an indoor latch. The glass has the same features as the solarium as a whole. For harmony, the window sections are matched with the colours of the solarium structure. Whether standard or customized, the paint colours are offered in a weather-resistant Duracon finish. The screen is an integral part of the window, installed in an exterior aluminium frame.

Casement and/or awning windows are built into the solarium, for the well-being and comfort of the owners and their guests. They have a high-level design, made of alloy 6063-T5 extruded aluminium, and each has a thermal break.   When fastened and compressed, thermal breaks offer a unique and incomparable seal against water and air infiltration. High security Luxor 2000 and 2055 windows have a metal rod locking device, in compliance with the multi-bolt locking system. The glass has the same features as the solarium as a whole. The narrow frame extrusions offer increased visibility and increase light flow. For harmony, the window sections are matched with the colours of the solarium structure. Whether standard or customized, the paint colours are offered in a weather-resistant Duracon finish. The screen is an integral part of the window, installed in an interior aluminium frame.
